Unlimited Wash Club Terms and Conditions

Participation allows for an unlimited number of washes for each registered vehicle for the one-month period from the activation date of the program. As an Unlimited Wash Club Member at Motor City Express you understand that your credit card will be charged on your respective billing date each month until cancelation. To cancel, you can come to the car wash, cancel on our app, email mgmt@motorcityecw.com, call 248-560-0122 at least 5 days prior to the billing cycle. If cancelation is within 5 days of the billing cycle, you will still be charged for the next month and we will cancel you for the following month. There will not be any partial refunds your membership will stay activated for the remainder of the purchased month.

Motor City Express reserves the right to close due to inclement weather, major holidays, Corporate Events, power outages or equipment failure.

The unlimited club program is per vehicle, you must enroll each vehicle you plan on using. If you are caught using multiple vehicles you will be charged for the washes not used on the primary vehicle.

Motor City Express identifies your card by the license plate. If you license plate changes, we will need to update your license plate number on file. To do so, please update on the app, call in or visit the car wash and we will update this for you.

The membership cannot be combined with other any other offers, discounts, prepaid washes or gift cards. Motor City Express may increase monthly rates with noticed posted at the site at least 30 days in advance. Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice.
